Portal FAQ for Teachers

I'm a Teacher and I logged in for the first time to the Portal, but I can't see any teaching materials (yet) If you are a Teacher and logged onto this Portal for the first time, the site will take up to one hour to show the relevant content from the time that you first logged in. You may return after one hour or refresh the page. Please note: the one-hour wait applies to Teachers, franchisees get immediate access to all content. . I just finished a new seminar and earned new teaching qualifications. When can I see its content on the Portal? Once your new teaching qualification has been updated in HDC by your Teacher Trainer, it will take up to 1 hour from the time that you log in for the seminar content to be downloaded to the Portal. Note: to see content for new qualifications, you must always log out and log back in, and then wait up to 1 hour for the system to sync. In general, every time that you log in, your qualifications in the Portal will be updated within a maximum timeframe of 1 hour. . How can I download teaching materials for my class? <- Search for a similar icon in the relevant section (for example a PDF or Word file) . How can I find specific content in the Portal? Content is served specifically according to: a) Your role (MF/Franchisee/Teacher) b) Your location c) If you are a teacher, your qualifications earned through training If you still believe that you should have access to specific content for which you've earned qualifications please Submit a Ticket |
